Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used or damaged products
- Items without tags or original packaging
- Products damaged after delivery
- Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product.
In such cases, ZELORA will cover the exchange or return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued through bank transfer or the original payment method, depending on the order type.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
